SQSDCV500-3ECL – Quietflow Centrifugal Box Fan – Elta
Acoustically lined single inline centrifugal fans with demand control. Designed to monitor and control one or more fan units simultaneously, with 6 pre-programmed fan applications. Supplied Multi-function remote control panel with LCD display.
Each unit is acoustically lined internally with Class ‘O’ rated (BS 476 Parts 6 and 7) fire resistant acoustic foam lining minimising breakout noise levels. New multi-mount brackets allow easy mounting in a range of orientations.
Minimum and maximum ventilation rates as well as control settings can all be setup easily via the wall display provided. Settings can be loaded from one display copying settings between units quickly. High efficiency low tonal noise backward curved centrifugal impellers are directly driven by an EC external rotor motor, provide low specific fan powers and stepless speed control without tonal noise generation. Units can be weatherproofed in the factory to allow external installation.
Advanced control features from the Demand Control Ventilation provide an effective, efficient control to meet variable occupancy. This optimises the indoor air quality and energy use of the ventilation system. Available control: Humidity, temperature, presence, CO2 and constant pressure.
The robust 1.2mm galvanised mild steel sheet casing, is treated internally with a Class O rated (BS 476 Parts 6 and 7) fire resistant acoustic foam lining with a fire resistant polymeric coating. The wrap around folded casing is specially manufactured using integral motor mounting plates to provide additional rigidity for the casings. Each casing provides spigots to suit standard circular ducting. A removable lid is provided as a standard feature to facilitate ease of maintenance and cleaning.
The single range of units shall have an EC external rotor motor fitted as standard. The motor contains sealed for life bearings. Thermal Class of motors to THCL 130 or 155 dependent on size. All motors are suitable for use in ambient air conditions up to +60℃. Electrical connection shall be via an IP55 terminal box mounted on the side for easy customer connection.
High efficiency low tonal noise backward curved centrifugal impeller. Dynamically balanced to ISO 14694 Grade G6.3 and directly driven by the motor to provide a smooth airflow through the unit.
Electrical connection shall be via an IP55 terminal box mounted on the side for easy customer connection. Control shall be provided for applications Temperature, Relative Humidity, 0-10V, Constant Pressure and CO2 via separate sensor. Manual operation shall be provided by supplied LCD Display Unit. The unit shall incorporate pre-fitted in-duct temperature sensor for application Temperature without the requirement of a separate sensor. LCD Display shall allow adjustment of application parameters, operation of system automatically / manually and display of error messaging. Programmable time with four on / off functions per day shall be adjustable from the LCD Display Unit. Digital Input terminal connections shall be available for remote enable, fixed speed for boost speed or set back speed. Selection of Single, Twin and Master/ Slave fan arrangement shall be via LCD Display.
