The Ruck® box fan (MPC EC T series) has an energy-efficient motor, this EC motor is mounted outside the air stream. The advantage of this is that any dirty and contaminated air (grease) is not discharged via the motor. The EC box fan with motor outside the air stream is therefore often used in the catering industry. The motor can be operated with the variable speed control (MTP 20) or with constant pressure control by means of a 0-10V connection. If you use the reducer, we also recommend the Ruck® fast clamp to reduce vibrations and noise through the duct.

The box fan is equipped with 30 mm insulation and has internal electronic temperature control to prevent burn out. The energy-efficient box fan can be mounted via Ruck®’s base frame and has a variable discharge direction. The MPC EC series is available with capacities ranging from 3730 m3/h to a maximum of 7550 m3/h and with diameters ranging from 250 mm to a maximum of 450 mm respectively.
